The Juvenile Delinquency Citation Program is a pre-arrest diversion program that empowers deputies to issue a delinquency citation to juveniles in lieu of an arrest and prosecution for misdemeanor offenses, authorized by Florida Statute 985.12
The coordinator must be contacted within 72 hours after receiving the Delinquency Citation to begin serving their sanctioned community hours. Please read the attached for complete Delinquency Citation information.
