Sheriff's Video Visitation Center Users

Due to the ongoing concerns relating to COVID-19, the Sheriff’s Video Visitation Center will be closed to the public for onsite visits, beginning Monday, March 16, 2020, until further notice.  Visits can still be scheduled and conducted, using the REMOTE VISIT option.  Remote visits can be scheduled between the hours of 8:00 a.m. – 9:35 p.m. The cost of the visits are $4.05 + tax.

Any Where Video Visitation on a Smart Phone App

At home video visits through the app, are offered from:
8 a.m to 11 a.m., - 12 p.m. to 4 p.m.  -  5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Video visitation allows you more convenient access to visit with your incarcerated loved ones. Depending on facility availability, you can schedule to visit your loved one from anywhere using a computer, tablet or smartphone. Sign up and download the app for anywhere video visitation using your smart phone.

How do I visit someone in jail?

There are no face to face visits at the Collier County jail. We offer onsite video visitation and at home visits through our smart phone app for family & friends.

Onsite Video Visitation Information - Sheriff's Video Visitation Center Users

No Contact Orders 

If a visitor and an inmate, victim vs. defendant, have an ACTIVE no contact order, visits will no longer be permitted. This procedure is being implemented as a visitation rule in an effort to honor a judge’s ruling of no contact with the victim (NCWV).

For Attorneys

Attorneys can contact the Video Visitation Center at 239-252-9551 for information on how to obtain visits at no cost.  

Effective immediately, all onsite in person visits for attorneys will be suspended until further notice.  Any requests for an exception must be approved by Captain Harmon, Director Bouza or Chief Roberts.

Until further notice, attorney/client visits will be conducted via video visitation, at the Sheriff’s Visitation Center.  Due to the ongoing concerns relating to COVID-19, the Sheriff’s Video Visitation Center will be closed to the public, but open for attorney/client visits from 12 p.m. – 4 p.m. The costs of the visits are $4.05 + tax, and visits are 20 minutes long.  Attorneys will need to create an account with Securus Technologies, Inc. using the link below:

 You will be asked for an email address and password, some demographic information, and asked to take a picture of yourself, a valid form of ID (driver’s license) and your Florida Bar card.  We MUST have all three.  Please create your accounts as soon as possible.  The accounts need to be approved before you can schedule appointments with your clients.  When you schedule your appointments, Securus Technologies, Inc. will send you a confirmation email with the date and time of the scheduled visit, a PIN number that you will need to enter at the visitation terminal and a seat assignment in the Visitation Center.
