The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has notified the Collier County Sheriff’s Office that registered sexual predator Frederick Carl Welter currently resides at 3786 White Lake Blvd. in Naples.

Welter is designated as a Sexual Predator pursuant to Section FSS 775.21. His qualifying offense is Sexual Battery by Adult/Victim Under 12 YOA; F.S. 794.011(2).

Positive identification cannot be established unless a fingerprint comparison is made.
