National Night Out

Join your neighbors for the 29th annual National Night Out against crime.  This year's event is set for Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2012

CCSO is celebrating the fight against crime by hosting public safety displays and events across Collier County.

Please join us as we let criminals know they are not welcome in Collier County.

NORTH NAPLES SAFETYFEST
5 to 8 p.m.

Lock Up Self Storage, 1025 Piper Blvd.
Safetyfest is free and will be held in the parking lot. Free food and refreshments. Bounce House and Slide. Presentations by CCSO Bomb Squad, K-9, SWAT Unit, Crime Scene & North Naples Fire Department.


GOLDEN GATE SAFETYFEST
5 to 8 p.m.

Golden Gate Community Center, 4701 Golden Gate Parkway.
Free food, refreshment and giveaways. Displays by Golden Gate Fire District, Golden Gate Civic Association, Golden Gate Task Force and Code Enforcement. Sponsored three-point shootout and slam dunk contest.

GOLDEN GATE ESTATES SAFETYFEST
5:30 to 9 p.m.

Florida Forestry Service Ranger Station,
Southeast corner of Randall Boulevard and Immokalee Road
Presentations by CCSO, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, Code Enforcement, Florida Forest Service, Big Corkscrew Fire Department and Golden Gate Estates Civic Association. Free hot dogs (while supplies last).


EAST NAPLES SAFETYFEST

6 to 8 p.m.

East Naples Community Park, 3500 Thomasson Drive
Free food and prizes.


EVERGLADES SAFETYFEST

11:00 a.m. to Noon
Community Safety Team Lemonade Stand, in front of Chokoloskee Church of God

4:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. 
Community Safety Team Lemonade Stand, at Everglades City Hall

5:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
A special video presentation at City Council Meeting

6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Community Safety Team Cookout at Copeland/Lee Cypress.

IMMOKALEE SAFETYFEST
5 to 7 p.m.

Immokalee Sports Complex, 505 Escambia Street 
Presentations by McGruff the Crime Dog, code Enforcement, Health Department and Immokalee Fire Department. Lipmans will be handing out free backpacks. La Ley radio station will be broadcasting live from the event. Free food and prizes.
