Details:
On October 19th Collier County Sheriff's deputies were dispatched to the canal at the west end of Lancewood Way. The body of a female was found wrapped in a blanket in the canal. The victim was identified through fingerprints as Elizabeth Carolina Leyba. Her Florida driver license listed an address in Miami, FL, detectives determined she moved from there several years ago.
